Method

  1. 1Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. 2Top with the berries, oats or granola, and any seeds or nuts.
  3. 3Drizzle with honey if you like a little sweetness.

Tip: Frozen berries work just as well as fresh - defrost overnight in the fridge or quickly in a bowl of cold water.

Levothyroxine timing: Greek yogurt is dairy-based and contains calcium, which can affect levothyroxine absorption if taken at the same time. Aim for a gap of at least 30 - 60 minutes after your tablet. See food and medication timing.

Calcium note: This is a calcium-rich meal - great for bone health. If you also take iron supplements, space them from calcium-rich foods by a couple of hours, as calcium can reduce iron absorption.
