Units

SI (pmol/L) is the standard used across the UK, Europe, Australia, and most of the world. US uses conventional units (ng/dL, pg/mL). TSH reads the same in both. Your data is stored in SI internally and shown in whichever unit you choose.

Use the range printed on your lab report - it varies by lab, and that matters. If your lab changes its assay, add a dated range so your older results are still measured against the numbers that applied at the time.
