What type of thyroid condition do I have, and what does that mean in plain terms?
Is this likely to be a lifelong condition, or could it resolve on its own?
What caused this, and does the cause change how it should be treated?
Is there anything in my family history that's relevant here?
Are there associated conditions I should be aware of or screened for?

Can I have a copy of my exact TSH, free T4 and free T3 results with the reference ranges?
What does each result mean, and is any of them borderline?
Have I been tested for thyroid antibodies (TPO, TRAb, TgAb), and what would a positive result tell us?
